Terms of Service
Last updated October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of NetworkHunter at networkhunter.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What NetworkHunter does
NetworkHunter helps students find alumni at firms they're interested in, draft outreach messages, and keep track of the conversations that follow. NetworkHunter is a tool: you decide who to contact and what to say, and you are responsible for what is sent in your name.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Access to the Service requires a paid subscription: $9.99 per month or $99 per year, plus any applicable taxes.
- New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your card is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NetworkHunter to:
- send spam, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages;
- misrepresent who you are, your school, or your affiliations;
- contact people after they ask you to stop, or violate anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you;
- scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service or the data it shows;
- interfere with or attempt to break the security of the Service.
We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where needed to protect others.
5. Alumni and third-party data
NetworkHunter surfaces professional information about people (such as name, employer, title and school) obtained from third-party data providers. We don't guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate, and you should verify it before relying on it. Email addresses may be inferred and may be wrong.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter into NetworkHunter, such as your drafts and notes. You give us permission to store and process it to run the Service for you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise any particular result, including replies, interviews, internships, or job offers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetworkHunter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of opportunities, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.
10. Automations and the NetworkHunter Sender extension
NetworkHunter can queue and send follow-up emails for you, including through the optional browser extension. Emails are sent from your own email account, in your name, and only the emails you queue or the sequences you switch on.
- You are responsible for the content of those emails, who they go to, and for following the law and the rules of your school, employer and email provider.
- Do not use automations to spam, to contact people who asked you to stop, or to send anything misleading. We may limit or suspend automations if they are misused.
- Email providers such as Microsoft and Google may restrict automated use of their products and may limit or suspend an account that uses it. You use automations at your own risk, and NetworkHunter is not responsible for actions your email provider takes. Keep your daily limit low.
- The extension can check your Outlook inbox list for replies to emails sent through NetworkHunter, so follow-ups stop once someone answers. You can turn this off in the extension, and the privacy policy explains what it reads.
- We set sending limits and may change them. Automations only run while the extension is installed and your browser is open.
